Our Mission Statement
To support professional social workers in Idaho by promoting excellence in clinical practice and
enhancing the emotional health and well being of vulnerable populations.
We are a broad-based, active, statewide group that comes together to offer networking, mutual support,
and learning opportunities that are encouraging, fun, inspirational and rewarding; to ultimately
enhance the well-being of vulnerable populations and the professional social workers that serve them.
Welcome!
Hello and welcome to the Idaho Society for Clinical Social Work’s web-site!
From all of us on the Board, we hope you will find connection, support and
learning in your involvement with ISCSW.
We held our first annual Board Retreat at the home of Christine McFarlin on June 26, 2010.
The Board worked on the final revisions of the By-laws as well as numerous agenda items
to enhance and improve your membership opportunities and participation with ISCSW!
As always, our Quarterly Trainings every 3 months and networking opportunities are a
significant way to learn, obtain CEUs, and connect/network with other Professional Social Workers.
There are upcoming opportunities for you to become a Board Member or get involved
in committees such as: the Conference Committee, Nominations Committee, or Newsletter Committee.
Look for the new ISCSW Newsletter which will be coming soon!
Please don’t hesitate to call or email the board with any questions or ideas.
